Flat Rate Shipping $179.00

For smaller items e.g., Hinges, Locks and caps, please contact us for a shipping price as the Flat Rate Shipping is based on ordering large items like fence panels and gates. Posts are not classed as small items.

3rd party shipping can be arranged by the customer if you are outside our shipping zones - please contact us via our contact form for out of zone shipping quotes.

Shipping for all items is out of local warehouses around Australia using company trucks.

All stocked products are shipped within 2-5 working days.

We may deliver the Goods in installments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

Custom made orders will be given a lead time when order is confirmed.

CLICK & COLLECT

Pick up is available at 13 locations around Australia.

Orders will be ready for collection in 2-5 working days [Monday - Friday]. Once your order is ready you will be sent an email with all your order information and pick up details.

You will not be able to pick up your order until you receive a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for collection.

If you need your products urgently contact us via phone or email and we can check stock at your local warehouse and process your order directly.

Custom products have a 3-4-week lead time.

All order payments must be cleared in full before they are packed and made ready for collection. We do not accept remittance advice.

Defects, Refunds and Returns

RYHEN have a premium packing service to ensure that our product gets to you in premium condition. All Goods are inspected at time of packing and upon delivery to Buyers address.

RYHEN will not accept responsibility for the following:

Any loss or damage that may occur after the Goods have been delivered

Minor paintwork scratches

Damage that may occur due to incorrect handling or unpacking of Goods

Failure to properly maintain or store any Goods

Using the Goods for any purpose other than that for which they were designed

Continuing the use of any Goods after any defect became apparent or should have become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator

Failing to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the Seller

Fair wear and tear, any accident, or act of God

The Buyer must inspect the Goods/Equipment on delivery and must within 48hrs of delivery notify the Seller in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote.

Upon such notification the Buyer must allow the Seller to inspect the Goods/Equipment. If the Buyer fails to provide such notice, then the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods/ Equipment.

All claims must be made within 48 hours of acceptance of goods to be considered.

The Buyer acknowledges that they buy the Goods relying solely upon their own skill and judgement and that the Seller shall not be bound by nor responsible for any incorrect Goods purchased or in relation to the suitability of any Goods for a particular purpose.

The Buyer agrees that any advice, recommendation, information or assistance provided by the Seller is provided in good faith, relying upon the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the Buyer to the Seller, and is provided without any liability by the Seller whatsoever.

Returns are only accepted if our products are proven to be faulty or defective, or if the Goods didn't match the description.

You may submit a claim for return of the goods for replacement or refund (at our discretion).

Goods cannot be returned without submitting a claim to sales@ryhen.com.au

Please contacting the Seller prior to returning Goods via email to sales@ryhen.com.au along with the order number a description of the claim and concern along with photo evidence. The Buyer will also need to make the Goods available for inspection in order to process the claim.

Once the claim has been processed, the Seller will advise the outcome whether it be a replacement or refund. Please note that only the parts damaged will be replaced.
